As Compliance Manager , you will ensure that Stryker South Pacific effectively and efficiently achieves its strategic and operational goals within the bounds of international, national and local laws, regulations and industry specific corporate governance and compliance guidelines.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
Implementation and management of the compliance program within Stryker South Pacific to ensure it is robust, effective and aligned with relevant internal and external requirements
Be Stryker’s subject matter expert for FCPA, MTAA / MTANZ Codes of Practice and Stryker Compliance policies, processes and systems
Develop strong business partnerships across South Pacific, the Asia-Pacific region, Corporate teams and with external key industry bodies to develop networks that support the effective implementation of compliance
Lead quarterly Compliance Committee meeting and manage fortnightly Sponsorship and Donation Committee Review meeting
Collate, review and analyse data for internal and external compliance audits
Skills & Requirements :
Proven experience in a Compliance role within medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including the ability to present to and influence across all levels of the business, including senior management
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to identify areas of risk and drive solutions for improvement in an evolving regulatory environment and growing business
Ability to solve problems and find appropriate solutions to meet stakeholder needs
Excellent organizational skills and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential
