The Advisory Director (Account Director) will lead a multi-discipline digital team that is able to understand a client's business needs and as a result deliver holistic digital solutions with the aim of improving the client's business.
You will be managing resource and revenue across your client portfolio to support the delivery of Reprise's commercial targets whilst maintaining your Client Advisory (Account Management) team, including resource planning, training, performance managing and developing employees.
Lead the team in finding opportunities to deliver both advice and digital solutions for the client
Direct the Client Advisory Team in developing digital marketing advice and solutions
Maintain client relationships focussing on key decision makers each client in your portfolio
Ensure that all advice and solutions delivered to the client supports Reprise's commercial objectives
Proactively indentify other services within Mediabrands that your clients would benefit from using
Develop your team by providing information, education opportunities and experiential growth opportunities either on the job or through formal Reprise training programs
Experience & Skills Required :
7+ years agency experience specialising in digital marketing
A track record in proactively identifying digital marketing opportunities for clients
Experience managing teams containing digital skillsets and delivering exceptional results
Experience in building client relationships and maintaining them
Your are passionate about and an advocate of digital marketing, and as a results, both peers and clients will listen to you
You have extensive knowledge of digital marketing, how it works and can apply this for clients - specifically PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Content
The Salary Banding for the role is $90,000 - $110,000 excluding super.
