Due to an internal promotion we have a role for an experienced Demand Planning Analyst .
Supporting the Commercial Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Lead the development and execution of Demand Planning strategy across 24-month planning horizon.Work cross functionally to ensure business KPI’s are delivered.
Provide input on new product launches, portfolio optimisation, rationale of commercial decisions, promotions, and customer behaviour.
Providing commentary to the commercial drivers of demand and business performance.Deliver key insights and recommendations on Demand forecasts and trends.
Supporting the team responsible for analytics & continuous improvement across Demand & Supply Planning teams.Be a Demand lead in the IBP / S&OP cycle.
The ingredients to be successful :
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Analytics or Supply Chain related fields preferred.Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to communication cross functionally and at all levels.
Ability to draw insights from data and develop collaborative solutions to challenges.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Prior / current experience with Demand Planning Tools and Excel.You thrive in a standalone business by the accountability to own the end to end process, and make an impact that will be felt across the organisation.
