About the role

You will be responsible for the provision of technical leadership and advice to drive innovative, effective and efficient asset management outcomes.

These responsibilities include :

  • Participate in Asset Management Principal Forums
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all SRs and MPD queries related to Network and Control Systems
  • Review of Operational Technology maintenance and asset performance data
  • Coordinate and manage IT / OT meetings and processes
  • Develop and maintain maintenance plans & strategies for assets
  • Identify and improve on deficiencies and reduction in safety risks

    The successful candidate will ideally possess the following :

  • Proven experience in the utilities sector
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Background experience of SCADA and PLC systems
  • Previous experience with development of Control system network and communication
  • Exposure working with BACID and CCTV Assets
  • Proven stakeholder management with excellent communication skills
  • Degree qualified in relevant engineering field
  • Analytical problem solving approach that uses research, insights and data to inform decision making.
  • Significant experience and interest in strategic planning and evaluation of options (technical and commercial)
