The Australian Valuation team prides itself in having a strong client base across these verticals, and is often sought out by our clients to undertake more complex valuation assignments.
We have multiple opportunities for additional staff and are currently looking for experienced Valuers in all main cities across Australia, and in this case both the Newcastle and Central Coast region.
What this job involves
JLL is currently seeking professional and proactive Residential Valuers. Forming a crucial part of our valuations team, you’ll conduct end-to-end valuation preparation, research, inspections, reporting and liaising with clients.
With a dedicated market-leading administrative support, you’ll spend your time working and completing valuations and not chasing paperwork and booking runs, allowing you to gain greater experience in valuations.

You must hold either current Associate Membership (AAPI) with CPV status or Residential Property Valuer (PMAPI RPV), of the Australian Property Institute, current Certificate of Compliance, current Risk Management Module Certificate, and possess an open driver's license.
