Position Profile : Works in consultation with the Aboriginal community, internal stakeholders and health professionals and other organisations to plan, implement and evaluate health promotion programs at the regional and service-wide level.
Works with the health promotion team to ensure strategic alignment of culturally appropriate programs. Ensures health promotion practice within the organisation is underpinned by sound population health principles and priorities, in order to have the greatest impact on the health of the community.
