The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager (Talent Branding) who is ready to bring marketing experience to our talent acquisition marketing team and help us attract and hire the best candidates.

In this role, you will help build programs by bringing a creative and energetic approach to how we engage with candidates.

Your marketing background will support building recruitment campaigns, employment brand content and social media content.

You will be a critical partner to the regional and global recruiting team and support their readiness and ability to hire the right talent to meet our business needs.

You are responsible for building and contributing to digital marketing campaigns, creating social media content, and driving employee engagement efforts in Asia Pacific and globally.

You will have a strong partnership with recruiters, and administer, support and promote adoption for processes and programs that promote a stellar applicant and hiring manager experience that shapes and amplifies our talent brand.

You will use market insights to identify and attract top talent.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of global recruitment marketing campaigns including social media planning, content creation and metrics tracking and reporting to show findings and success.
  • Lead social media planning and content creation : Promote our talent brand and recruitment marketing content across social media channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Twitter.
  • Savvy creator of engaging and authentic social media content to showcase our culture and values.

  • Develop a marketing lead gen funnel, digital marketing and building and nurturing talent communities. From content strategy, to Candidate Relationship Management tool (CRM) use and management.
  • May lead or participate in recruitment marketing project globally which may include CRM tool and process. Ensure leads are managed.

  • Develop diversity recruitment strategy and activities in partnership with the global TA team and corporate initiatives.
  • Bring creative ideas and support the execution of programs and to solve for new challenges as needed

  • Assist with creation and / or update of recruiter tools, training or activities to support recruiter enablement.
  • Lead content calendar and metrics reporting for regional activities that will be part of the larger global team effort.
  • Runs regular reports for program(s) to measure progress and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the program

  • You lead the training, communication and continuous adoption efforts for employee engagement. Partnering closely with recruiters, you ensure program adoption, processes and tools are used and teams are aligned globally.
  • You successfully build relationships and will have the ability to work closely with cross functional teams (i.e. regional and global Talent Acquisition, Corporate Marketing and Communications) This role is part of a global team.
  • Qualifications

    5+ years’ experience preferred, Asia-Pacific experience is preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator creative tools is helpful.
