This six-month, fixed term position located in Sydney (preferably) reporting to the Operational Implementation Lead, CA X.
The CA X Program represents a significant transformation of our current CA Program (Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting).
The key focus for this role will be to develop the processes to centralise the recruitment, onboarding and allocation of casual employees (typically members), a function that is currently undertaken by different teams within the CA Program and is projected to be undertaken centrally for the proposed CA Program (CA X).
The CA Program currently has a pool of approximately 1,000 casual employees that are engaged for varying tasks across the CA Program including marking and facilitating.
Undertaking investigation of current state casual workforce management, then working with representatives from the various business areas to determine future needs
Establishing robust centralised processes for the recruitment, onboarding and allocation of casual employees
Identifying innovative ways to source and attract talent through existing and new channels
Reviewing and collating casual information to ensure a single source of truth
Working collaboratively with People & Culture and in partnership with the relevant project teams to assist with implementing the new organisation wide Human Resource system and to ensure Education & Learning casual workforce information is accurate and that new processes are aligned
Ensuring all decisions are aligned to the CA ANZ Employment policies and processes

Experience in managing and coordinating a Casual Workforce (preferably in Education)
Resource allocation and scheduling
Familiarity with the recruitment process
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) with an ability to influence and empathise with a wide range of stakeholders
Are a self-starter with a great attention to detail
Are highly organized and able to work with multiple contacts
Advanced problem solving and lateral thinking skills
Can successfully work in a team and proactively collaborate with others
The ability to work under pressure with multiple competing deadlines
