You will provide responsive, quality customer services to a range of people as the primary customer contact for Ceduna District Health Services.
As part of your role, you will also undertake a range of activities to support the efficient and effective management and administration of Ceduna District Health Services, including environments such as administration and medical records.
Managing and maintaining the integrity of the computerised records management system, you will provide accurate and timely word processing and data entry operations.
You will be expected to work with empathy, display a courteous / polite manner, maintain confidentiality and express a genuine willingness to help patients, clients, consumers, residents, relatives staff and the general public.

You will have sound knowledge of office systems and procedures, including proficiency in word processing. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities, you will be capable of interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds and working as an effective member of workplace team.
Your commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality will go hand in hand with your ability to demonstrate courtesy, discretion and sensitivity in dealing with telephone and personal enquiries.
