In this role you will deliver the Certificate IV Rail Network Control Qualification, facilitate training and assessment for the Trainee Network Control Officers as well as facilitate biennial reviews for Network Control staff and supervisors.
You will participate in the review and development of training materials and assessments for the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) branch and liaise with the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Quality and Compliance area to ensure the Standards for RTO’s 2015 are maintained in training and assessment.
Whilst reporting to the Operations Training Manager in the L&OD team based at East Perth train station you will divide your time between this team and the Network Control Branch.
You may also have to conduct training and assessments outside of normal office hours.
and have sound experience as a Network Controller. You will also need a good understanding of the Railway Safety Act 2015 and other regulatory requirements.
