Support Conduct & Discipline Team

The Conduct & Discipline team is responsible for the management of an effective and efficient professional conduct programme;
investigating complaints and bringing disciplinary tribunal hearings against CA ANZ members.
The Coordinator role supports a team of advocates who are responsible for investigating complaints on behalf of the Professional Conduct Committee.
Creation of complaint files (filing and saving documents into appropriate locations, compliance with privacy obligations and archiving)
Drafting correspondence to external stakeholders in accordance with directions from Manager and staff
Production of files for committee meetings and disciplinary hearings in accordance with directions from staff
Monitoring and actioning member complaints inbox
Creating and updating complaint and disciplinary registers
Creating and updating reporting spreadsheets; producing reports in accordance with directions from Manager
Carry out good standing searches and member monitoring under the direction of the Manager
Arranging and managing calendar of Committee meetings, including liaising with Conduct and Discipline staff and Professional Conduct Committee panel members regarding timing and availability
Arranging room bookings, catering and transcript providers
Arranging travel bookings for Conduct and Discipline staff and Committee panel members
Complying with all finance requirements for expenses and invoices; liaising with Committee members regarding their expenses
Great To have
5 years office administration experience in a busy, high-volume professional services environment
Experienced within professional or legal work environment preferred
Qualifications in business and secretarial studies or paralegal studies
