In the role of Business Development and Coordination Manager you will identify and deliver services to medium to large enterprise to expand their contribution to sustainable, high quality growth.
You will take a lead in facilitating new investment into the region to ensure Regional NSW continues to be a vibrant and growing part of the economy.
You will work closely with local government to assist in the delivery of priority community and economic infrastructure.
You will support the delivery of government policy projects and coordination across Western NSW and develop high quality information in form the governments response to emerging issues.
You will utilise NSW Government facilitation services and programs to provide an effective integrated team approach to the successful development and implementation of regional strategies and initiatives.
You have a sound understanding and demonstrated experience of the business development and investment process, financial reports and key factors driving regional economic growth.
You are effective at allocating resources and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

The was formed in 2020 as a central agency for regional issues. The Department has responsible for building resilient regional economies and communities, strengthening primary industries, managing the use of regional land, overseeing the state’s mineral and mining resources and ensuring government investment in regional NSW is fair and delivers positive outcomes for local communities and businesses.
