We now have the opportunity for an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join our HSEQ corporate team.

Providing support to the HSEQ Department, Line Managers and Personnel throughout Linkforce and its subsidiary companies, this role is based in our Perth Head Office and is offered on a temporary basis for 3 months with the potential of extension and permanency.

Our ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to :

  • Managing the HSEQ inbox
  • Collating HSEQ data, reviewing, updating and maintaining statistics and compiling reports
  • Supporting the HSEQ Department and Injury Management Officer with documentation and general administration, including scheduling meetings, minute taking and invoice approvals
  • Maintaining all HSEQ Department Document Management
  • Managing and auditing HSEQ databases and systems
  • Creating and managing various HSEQ dashboards, spreadsheets and reports
  • Preparing and communicating HSEQ correspondence throughout the business and subsidiary companies
  • Liaising with suppliers when required to order / produce HSEQ items
  • To be considered for this role you will have :

  • A minimum of 3 years’ site and / or HSE administration experience within the resources sector
  • Cert IV in Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
  • A National Police Clearance
  • Advanced levels of computer literacy including SharePoint, ChemAlert, Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Experience with document and record management systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines
  • C Class Drivers Licence Desirable
  • Certificates IV in Work Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Lead Auditor - Desirable
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS / NZS 4801 and ISO 45001 would be highly regarded
