The ENGIE AV Technologies NationalSales Team is growing and we’re looking for fresh talent to join our organization in this period ofgrowth!

We arelooking for new staff to join the industry as well as experienced people tohelp complement our existing teams.

You’ll beworking in a fast paced and technology driven industry amongst a collection ofhighly skilled Audio Visual professionals as part of one of the world’s largestservices companies.

    What isrequired?

  • Commercial AV industry experience is preferred for this role.
  • Preferred Knowledge of CRM database - Salesforce
  • Ability to directly approach prospective clients & a high level of presentation skills
  • Experience with technology based system sales and a good understanding of IT
  • Ability to interpret documents such as Audio Visual Specifications, Architectural Elevations, Floor Plans, Layouts and Schematics and convert these into a Bill of Materials for quotations.
  • A high level of integrity, dedicated, reliable, energetic with a positive attitude. You will need to be a team player and possess strong initiative.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The drive to keep clients and management alike updated with the status of tasks. Further, these skills must be applied to create detailed Scope of Works and Technology Proposal documents to submit to the client.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and under pressure.
  • Sound Computer skills - a strong knowledge and level of proficiency with the Office 365 Suite.
  • Vendor product training and attendance at industry trade shows is encouraged.
  • What does therole entail?

  • Research, investigate and build new business & arrange meetings with key decision makers / key stakeholders
  • Explore opportunities to add value to clients' accounts
  • End to end key business relationship management including preparing sales bids and manage closure of major deals
  • Track, record and report sales activity & forecasting back to management via Salesforce software
