Our client now has the capability to bring a number of npeople on board to help handle the high volumes of claims they are experiencing.

Job Description

Reporting to your respective Team Leaders, your role will include :

  • Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls from internal and external stakeholders
  • End to end case management and consistent communication between yourself and each customer
  • The opportunity to contribute to planning and improving call structures and customer experience
  • In depth use of computer systems including Salesforce and SAP
  • Working closely with team members to assist others with problems and solutions
  • Delivering an elite level of customer service to each member and understanding the importance of a great customer experience
  • The Successful Applicant

    To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Previous experience within - Insurance claims, Case management or Complaints
  • A driven and "can do" attitude
  • Strong ability to identify problem, provide solutions and solve member issues
  • Willingness to contribute to the team workload
  • Open to sharing and learning new ways of doing things
  • High attention to detail is imperative
