Reporting to the Application Development Manager, the Software Engineer will collaborate with Application Services Build colleagues to develop, implement and maintain strategic software solutions.
The Software Engineer role will possess basic software development skills within the Java stack to ensure that the software solutions are built in accordance of Swinburne’s Enterprise strategy.
This role is a great opportunity for a junior or recent IT graduate looking to make their mark in Swinburne IT Services.

The opportunity is for a part-time position working 24 hours per week, ideally worked across 3 days.
This position resides within the Applications Build team in the Information Technology department. The Applications function ensures IT application services are delivered to the various academic and operational functions of the University to enable the University to optimise operational efficiency and effectiveness.
