Working with a team of 3 creative Marketing professionals, your role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This role will require you to possess a broad digital marketing skill set as you will be working across multiple channels including SEO / SEM, social media, website development, digital screen coverage and more.

Working closely with our franchisees, you will also be involved in leading monthly national promotions and supporting local area marketing requests such as clinic events, customer digital screens and SMS.

  • The job role includes;
  • Leading and developing digital marketing strategy for national campaigns, monthly promotions and flash sales.
  • Monitoring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) especially with social advertising and eCommerce sales.
  • Managing and optimising the website and online store.
  • Collaborating with SEO / SEM agencies and internal marketing team.
  • Supporting local digital marketing requests from Australian Skin Clinics franchisees.
  • Managing and optimising the digital screen programs across all clinics.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • You will need;
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns.
  • A high level of creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and Facebook advertising (e.g., Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager)
  • Solid knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage franchisee expectations and requests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
