  • About the Role

    As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of warehouse services and operations in our distribution centres.

    This role involves managing onsite loan sets, customer service and inventory staff, as well as allocating resources and optimising processes.

    About the Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall performance warehouse, while coaching, developing and empowering Team Members
  • Ensuring stocktaking activities are executed in accordance to agreed stocktake program
  • Engaging and supporting projects that drive continuous improvement
  • Investigating root causes of bottlenecks in current processes and implementing changes as required
  • Ensuring efficient use of shelf space to maximise warehouse utilisation and planning for future capacity requirements
  • Managing end-to-end operations of QLD Loan Set and Customer Service Teams
  • About You

  • Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or Operations and min. 5 years management experience in Distribution Centres preferably within Medical Devices
  • Six Sigma, Lean or 5S experience, and strong SAP and Excel skills
  • Ability to analyse logistics data and interpret trends and implications
  • Complex problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication; verbal, written and presentation
  • Experience leading both centralised and decentralised teams
