As the Assistant Director you will be contributing to the supervision of first level Information and Communications Technology (ICT) staff, providing operational support, and help drive change in line with the Customer Support Services Strategic Vision.
You will frequently liaise with internal and external stakeholders and take on projects aimed at improving service delivery.
