Candidates who have completed a Certificate III in Parks and Garden will not be eligible to apply.
This exciting role is part of Council’s Education to Employment (E2E) program that offers apprentices, trainees and cadets the opportunity to learn, work and grow in a supportive environment while actively contributing to our Community.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our City Presentation team to learn and develop your skills in horticulture and vegetation management.
You will have the opportunity to assist the team to implement Council’s vegetation maintenance program and deliver a high level of customer service to our customers.
You will receive broad practical experience in vegetation maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, spraying, pruning, planting and mulching in parks,reserves and on road sides to complement and support the knowledge gained though TAFE studies.
