You'llbe supporting our client, eBay , a well-known and trusted brand inAustralia.
What you'll be doing :
As a Program Sales Specialist, you'll provide support to sellers throughstrategies that promote growth, optimization of inventory, and increase sales.
You'll also be maintaining relationships with eBay Category managers, salesleads, and other strategic internal customers
Key tasks include :
3 Months Temporary contract with work from home opportunity
Prepare and deliver on-boarding presentations explaining eBay's on-boarding requirements to our most strategic sellers.
Prepare large sellers to adjust business and customer service processes for optimal integration to eBay.
Collaborate with multiple teams to understand seller requirements and provide onboarding support.
Collect info and data that supports migration to new features
Monitor overall Seller performance to ensure successful seller experience.

Minimum 1-year experience in an acquisition, sales or retention role or
Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
Understanding of e-commerce and the e-commerce market
Experience in working in an outbound call environment

Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of management.
