The position

As Brand Standards Manager, you will be responsible for the capture, presentation, distribution and evolution of brand assets and creative systems for the Woolworths Brand, Woolworths Group Brand and extended brands in the Group Ecosystem.

You will also develop the materials and drive the ways of working that enable multiple teams to express our Brands in a curated, deliberate and iterative way and with the appropriate level of consistency. In addition :

  • Capture and present : brand identity assets including branding, typography, colour, photography, illustration, iconography, moving image and audio use of language including terms, glossary and tone of voice branded properties and comms platforms specific frameworks and guidance to enable brand expression across the business (including guidance on health, Cartology etc)
  • Distribute and govern : Embed guidelines with all teams to ensure thorough understanding of the content and process Partner to keep all guidelines and frameworks current with the right cadence and process to distribute updates Evolve approach to documentation and training via new digital platforms Widely consult and advise on brand guardianship, including a continual process of iteration and evolution.

    You understand the importance of building and protecting our brands and role modelling our values and ways of working. In addition you will have :

  • Extensive marketing or agency experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing brand identity, documentation and governance
  • High degree of horizontal leadership and partnership skills
  • Experience working on and with teams across wide spectrum of functions and areas of expertise
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes through the business
  • Exceptional eye for detail
