    About the Role This role sits in our Career business and you will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

    In this role you will handle a high volume of clients (based in Australia and overseas) and a wide variety of products and services.

  • A key focus will be to package solutions for clients and secure revenue for multiple areas of the business. Sales planning will include understanding current market issues to identify prospects that would benefit from our products and services;
  • disciplined campaign follow-up; and frequent networking with relevant industry bodies and peers. Responsibilities :

  • Create sales proposals and presentations for new sales prospects
  • Identify new sales opportunities from both existing clients and new prospects identifying new product sales; increasing average number of products per client;
  • and growing share of wallet from existing clients across our salary survey, analytical services and mobility businesses.

  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Work with current client groups with the intent of increasing retention of current business
  • Identify external and internal referral sources and partner closely with these sources
  • Additionally you will have :

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Ideally have worked in a remuneration sector however consideration will also be given to candidates from an HR or Recruitment Sales background
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence
  • Demonstrated track record in consistently achieving sales objectives
  • Have outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
