As the HR Specialist you will provide subject matter expertise to Zurich’s People Leaders and functional managers. In this varied role you’ll have to prioritise your time effectively as you partner with managers on the annual HR calendar activities, provide analysis and presentation of engagement survey results, organisation redesign and execution, leadership and coaching of high potential staff, manage involuntary exits and execute company wide initiatives in partnerships with HR Business Partners and local Centres of Excellence.
You will also have demonstrated experience in managing complex ER matters and a strong working knowledge of Australian employment law (NZ desirable) and previous experience of HRIS administration and reporting.
You will also partner with Global mobility, local immigration agency, with the relocation of team member to Australia and New Zealand.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline and have experience with facilitation and coaching.
