About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mining Engineer to join our Technical Services team at Saraji Coal Mine.
Reporting to the Superintendent Mine Planning, you will assist the planning and execution of safe mine operations through the collaborative development of detailed designs and production schedules.
This is a great opportunity to develop and hone your mine planning and leadership skills as well as further develop a deep understanding of the key value drivers of a large complex open cut mining operation.
The position is based at Saraji Mine and offers a choice of flexible travel arrangements with a roster of 4 days on; 3 days off roster.
To succeed in this role, you will be safety focused, team oriented and enjoy continuous improvement and driving for results.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role working for an organisation in the mining sector.
