Hitachi's new Toowoomba branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter Store person to join our successful Parts department.
Reporting to the Parts Manager based in Brisbane, your key role will be to provide parts to our external and internal customers and to identify opportunities to maximise sales and service to our customer base.
Your other duties will include :
Sourcing parts as required and distribution of parts to customers by preferred method.
Liaison with freight companies on delivery of parts.
Oversee the successful delivery of parts supply to customer shutdowns, so as to meet critical deadlines.
Picking and packing parts and components
General warehousing and stores duties
To be successful in this role you will have :
Previous stores / warehouse experience in a parts environment or similar industry with a current forklift licence
Self-motivation with a focus on customer service, committed to delivering Hitachi’s promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
Experience processing, receipting inbound deliveries as well as pick, pack and preparing outbound orders
Liaising with freight carriers and consignment creation
High attention to detail with intermediate computer skills
A willingness to learn our processes and product
