    About the division / project

    Monadelphous is a leading engineering group which provides mechanical and electrical Labour at the 6 Mile, 7 Mile, 8 Mile and Tom Price rail workshops, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

    We currently have an engaging and rewarding opportunity for a locally based Store person / Stores Admin to join our team in Karratha.

    Working in our Karratha workshop, you will be an integral member of our core-crew operations. Ongoing and family friendly local roster 8 : 6, with the potential for permanency for the right candidate.

    Key responsibilities

  • Goods Receipting
  • Use of computers for tracking and ordering goods
  • Customer service for workshop tooling requirements
  • Manage all project tooling, mechanical and electrical equipment requirements
  • Workshop logistics and Point of Contact for all deliveries
  • Workshop procurement (PPE, small tools, consumables, materials), packing and preparing
  • Maintain inspection and servicing schedules
  • Loading pallets and operating forklift
  • We would like to hear from you if you have the following :

  • Local to Karratha
  • Sensitive to the customer's needs can develop warm customer relationships
  • Proficient with use of computers with the ability to learn new software
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Valid High-Risk Licence - Forklift
  • Valid HR Driver Licence
  • Proof of Rights to work in Australia
  • Previous Stores person experience within a resources / heavy industry environment will be highly regarded.
