Electrical Building Services Engineer HVAC
Coffs Harbour, New South Wales Australia
13h ago

This is genuinely an employer of choice in an idylic location, being Coffs Harbour on the mid North Coast of NSW. The location is awesome but its not Sydney, it's not Brisbane and its not even Newcastle! Thats the advantages and disadvantages of trying to fill this one and we have untill the new financial year, perhaps longer to find the right candidate.

The right candidate will have as much of the ideal skill set and qualifications as possible. The right candidate must also have a personal situation and motivations to move to a country town by the sea - the critical success factor on why the current Senior Engineer referred to in this add worked was because both he and especially the wife where looking for an exit from the city.

I have placed multiple people with them and the location always comes up as an issue in the long run without that underpinning it.

The people who own the business are exceptional and it is genuinely a friendly team with a great atmsphere. Once again, my senior engineer has been there since about 2005?
