Opportunity to lead and manage the delivery of the highly regarded CA Program

This key leadership position is preferably based in our Sydney Office and reports to the Group Executive, Education & Learning.
This role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of the highly regarded CA Program (CAP). We are at a point of transformation and are looking for a leader that embraces operational excellence, change and an adaptive mindset.
Leading, managing and developing the teams responsible for the delivery of the high quality and well regarded CAP that delivers on candidate, employer, stakeholder and market expectations and meets education compliance requirements.
Effectively coaching and managing the leaders of the enrolment team, development team, delivery team and design & production team for the CAP to ensure a high quality candidate experience from application to graduation.
Successfully managing and developing the CAP teams to ensure the continuous improvement of CAP operations whilst simultaneously working alongside the CA X operational implementation lead to actively transform the CAP to the future CA X program.
Proactively contributing to education and learning strategic projects in collaboration with the CA X Program Director to support the successful integration into CAP operations.
Reporting to the Education Board on standard CAP metrics including enrolment statistics, pass rates and candidate support initiatives, as well as CAP issues and solutions.

10 + years senior management experience in a professional work environment
Previous experience leading teams and managing projects in a changing environment
Strategic leadership and management across the student lifecycle from application to graduation to enable delivery of a quality student experience
Proven people leadership experience across the employment lifecycle from recruitment, appointment, workload allocation, induction and orientation, setting performance standards, and professional development
Thought leadership in transforming and improving the CAP outcomes through continuous business improvement and change management initiatives
Proven education operational management skills and extensive stakeholder management experience combined with collaboration skills to achieve CA ANZ shared goals at the Board, Executive and senior external stakeholder level
A general understanding of data intelligence for regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure they have the information and data they need to achieve their governance role and obligations.
Relevant qualifications in Business or Education
Background in educational program delivery - Desire
Accountancy education experience - Desire
