  • The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for maximising customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and sales support within a team environment.

    What’s the role?

  • Multiple platform management to support Enterprise sales team to ensure customers have a seamless onboarding and renewal process
  • Support Head of Enterprise and Sales Team in ensuring that Salesforce is accurate and reporting is available
  • Provide support to Corporate Sales Team when experiencing any issues with Salesforce and other Enterprise platforms
  • Provide regular scheduled reporting and dashboards through Salesforce and tableau, as well as adhoc reporting as required by Head of Enterprise
  • Process end to end customer activations across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with IT to deliver Salesforce and system enhancement projects
  • Lead management and triaging for Sales Team
  • Provide systems enhancement delivery support to Enterprise Sales Team across core platforms including but not limited to Salesforce CRM / Service, Marketing Cloud, Think etc
  • Who are you?

  • Multiple platform management - including SalesForce, Tableau and invoicing platforms in a B2B / corporate Sales Capacity
  • Equivalent to 2 years experience with Salesforce, preferably a SalesForce Administrator (qual)
  • Team SalesForce champion including training and change management of the sales team
  • Ability to run SalesForce reports to manage client account status and provide the sales team with data required for quarterly customer checkins
  • Ability to run internal KPI reports from SalesForce to assist Head of Enterprise with sales targets and reconciling to those targets each quarter
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting a Sales team
  • IT project implementation experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a very professional customer service focus
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
