This role will see you

  • All key website operations are performed in line with strategy timelines and with the customer experience front of mind
  • Execute localised online market strategy across a number of global markets
  • Ensure seamless customer experience across the site by auditing functions weekly
  • Execute framework of the website to optimise engagement and conversio
  • Brief all creation of Online content into the Marketing team ensuring that collateral is engaging, on brand and effective
  • Report on eCommerce strategies to ensure increase in traffic and conversion rates across all websites
  • Measure and report the success and value of product, promotional or customer focussed initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Experience Department, Live Chat and Digital Support
  • Ensure all discounts and promotions are current and accurate
  • Manage product data
  • Lead and drive product reviews for the global websites
  • About you...

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Skills with Google Analytics, SFCC, HTML (preferred but not required)
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Customer focus and a service mindset
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Communicate effectively and with intention
  • Strong problem solving skills
