Join KRONOS / Ultimate Software the global leader in workforce management & human capital solutions as a Customer Service Coordinator ! You’ll become the first point of contact for our customers that are large enterprises across diverse industries worldwide including retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, services, and distribution.

You will be part of our team of 230 employees throughout Australia, 12000 worldwide. As of right now, all our employees are working from home.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Answering incoming customer calls with the greeting and confidence to ensure an excellent customer service experience
  • Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud application to enter case data for case creation, and review and update account and contact records for data integrity
  • Assisting management in meeting service level and departmental goals by assisting with the day to day queue management of new cases and ongoing backlog
  • Preparing monthly reporting relative to Team and Individual performance score cards
  • Maintaining handover policies and processes from Professional Services to Kronos Global Support
  • Providing standby, public holiday cover and after hours’ services as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Qualifications

    Ideally, you'll have :

  • Outstanding English speaking skills and written grammar
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task at a fast pace
  • Asset :

  • Experience working in a similar environment : professional services / Web development
  • Understanding case management practices / methodologies.
