The door is always open at Goldy's!Key Responcibilities : Providing an exceptional level of table and bar service service, building rapports with regular customersDevelop a firm understanding of the Goldy’s food and beverage menus and maintain product knowledgeAssist the Venue Manager with beverage improvements and opportunitiesFollow operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns and preventive maintenanceKnowledge and ability to use the POS systemEnsure all service and storage areas are kept clean and maintained to a high standardReport any customer feedback to your line manager and handle conflict situations in a calm, courteous and professional mannerFollow RSA laws, acts and regulationsWorking within the OH&S compliance standards and Covid-19 guidelines for hospitality businesses Required Skillset : Past experience in bar and front of house rolesGood level of food, beer, wine, spirit and liquor knowledgeInitiative to prioritise with customer service Ability to work well in high pressure situations and multitaskStrong work ethic, with a proactive can do attitudeBe a supportive player in a team environment Show initiative and take responsibility Excellent communication and service skillsA willingness to undertake product and supplier training Current RSA is a must Understanding of POS systems with experience in end of day procedures (applicable but not essential to every candidate) Other Key Deliverables : A solid understanding and alignment with our company vision, mission and valuesA driven passion for the hospitality industry
