This Associate Product Manager position is for a data-driven problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator with strong analytical capabilities, who can multi-task and articulate strategic insights in an actionable way.
What you’ll do all day :
Support the product managers in the development and execution of their strategies and roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch and grow our products.
Performance monitoring to help surfacing strategic insights across categories.
Support and execution of annual and quarterly product forecasts.
Conduct end-to-end audit programs to proactively manage our Product Lifecycles and ensure accuracy of strategy execution and information presented to customers.
Develop and manage customer first programs ensuring ongoing feedback loops with customers to build our product roadmap.
Monitor competitive activities and articulate strategic insights to help build our product roadmap.
You’ll be measured on how well you :
Drive growth you’ll have various levers to pull across areas like site, channel, offers, pricing and positioning to achieve our growth goals
Learn & implement we’re looking to redefine our take a product category to the next level. Fact based learning & experimentation is a must for the role.
Create engagement we’ve tasked ourselves with increasing our engagement with our customers leveraging our product and manufacturing expertise
Deliver results ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet competing deadlines.
We’re looking for someone who :
Is an owner - Has demonstrated abilities to create his / her own work and proactively drive strategic insights.
Is a numbers person - has experience and is comfortable using various data sources to monitor performance, automate processes and surface actionable business insights.
Drives Change - Has shown that they are able to drive business results, from ideation to implementation and can iterate based on learnings.
Is into the details - Has a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
1-2 years of experience in category management, product management, analytics and / or strategy consulting.
Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables is required. SQL knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Customer Orientation with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar.
