    The Customer Care Consultant is the front-line customer service interface for REA Group’s Customers, Consumers and internal stakeholders.

    You will be joining a team who are passionate about service and the loyalty of our customers.

    You will help us with a wide range of issues, from helping our users navigate our systems, to responding to phone, email and web chat-based enquiries.

    To do this we will need you to :

  • Be up for some variety as no two days are the same!
  • Respond to consumer and general enquiries via phone, email and web chat in a professional and timely manner

    Communicate with colleagues across all levels of the organisation, using influence and collaboration to deliver an exceptional outcome for the customer

    Troubleshoot and identify customer and consumer problems using a variety of platforms

    Working alongside a high performing team to drive performance excellence, learning and growth

    Who we’re looking for

    We are looking for someone who can (tip to help with applying : if you have this experience please make sure this is on your resume) :

  • Has a genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Experience with Zendesk Support software and capacity to learn technical systems

    Resolve issues with our customers in an empathetic, professional and timely manner

    Strong verbal and written communication

    Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment

    Proven resilience in high-pressure or emotionally charged environments

    Think creatively and outside the box to create streamlined experiences for stakeholders

    Process improvement mindset and enthusiasm to champion change

    Minimum 12-month commitment to the role

    You are available to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 7pm
