About the role
In this role, you will create and build the team, identify capability required to inform and influence a customer led strategy as your team analyses existing customer data to gain insights to drive improved retention.
You will be key in developing data driven insights across platforms such as Flybuys. You will build out our customer strategy and journeys to drive engagement and ROI, you will be instrumental in creating dashboards and reporting cadence on CPA via channel, program and set goals for long term customer life cycle value.
You will drive the data strategy to form a total view of the customer ensuring data compliance and privacy issues are maintained whilst oversee data structure and any required system set up.
You will have ownership over marketing automation tools and process (sales force, sales force marketing cloud) and work alongside marketing team to provide insights and data to influence the marketing program to ensure optimal ROI as well as collaborating with our tech & digital teams to influence all IT requirements (set up and BAU).

You will be able to tell a compelling story based on the data as you collaborate, guide and drive outcomes for the team and the business.
Your strong stakeholder management. Communication and presentation skills will enable you to work across the enterprise with ease as you demonstrate your ability to interpret data analytics into insights and influence marketing outcomes.
