Gartner is currently looking for Brand Director to join our Evanta brand and be responsible for sales and audience acquisition.

In this role you will ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

As a Brand Director at Gartner your key responsibilities will be :

  • Accountable for exceeding revenue targets within the assigned brand, as well as event attendance targets
  • Leads in driving the overall performance management and development of Program Managers
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to the Portfolio Managers
  • Drives a culture of disciplined and accurate sales forecasting
  • Builds and maintains a high-performance sales team
  • Partners with Sales Operations in the financial planning process.
  • Ensures the sales team understands and executes campaigns.
  • Works directly with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurement and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success
  • Closely monitors individual sales performance by event within Brand Portfolio and partners with Portfolio Managers.
  • Continually drives the sales team’s understanding of the core value proposition
  • Provides guidance to team members on key account support, customer service issues and one-off customer sponsorship sales opportunities
  • Assists sales team with key account support and customer issues at the highest levels.
  • In order to experience success in this role, you will have :

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a business-to-business focus environment
  • Minimum 5 years partnering with sales operations, business planning or finance management role
  • Previous experience leading and coaching a team
  • Previous experience in driving sales revenue and budgeting & forecasting.
  • A degree from an accredited institution in a related business field
  • Master’s in business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred
  • Available for frequent travel
  • Base salary : ($150,000-$200,000)
