The CTP Scheme Dynamics Team is a key contributor to ensuring that quality, sustainable and profitable business is established and maintained.
As a CTP Technical Specialist, you’ll be a key subject matter expert for the business, relied upon to consult, analyse and design solutions to technical problems relating to the CTP Product across 3 key areas -

CTP Technical Product and Market Practices
The Science and Art of CTP Pricing and Risk selection
Strong focus on driving process analysis, modelling and process automation solutions as part of a new initiative to improve efficiency in the CTP Product business and build automation as a customer service proposition.
Provide specialist advice, insights and support across BAU, internal and industry project-based initiatives in support of more efficient, customer centric processes, systems and scheme designs
Lead CTP preferred risk analysis, design and implementation of effective risk selection and pricing strategies via contributions to scheme premium filings and supporting programs
Support coaching and mentoring of CTP product team members to assist Management and the People Leader develop specialist capabilities within the broader CTP Product team across technical product, processes and systems, and the science and art of pricing and risk selection.
Skills & Experience
Experience in process improvement and modelling methodologies desirable (Lean, SixSigma, BPMN)
Exposure to process automation solutions such as UiPath desirable
CTP Product and market knowledge desirable
