We have a rare position currently available for an experienced Personal Assistant who has experience working within the property industry.
This role will see you supporting the Director in operating and running this exceptional and highly regarded corporate property company based in Brisbane’s western suburbs.

About you :
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant and ideally have been responsible for providing support in the property industry.
We are also interested in applications who have legal secretary / PA backgrounds with property lease administration highly advantageous.
You will have highly advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, great typing speed and accuracy, strong business acumen with sound judgement.
You will be able to work closely with the Director as well as autonomously in some instances. You will be required to be proactive and entrench yourself within the business as a keen participant to contribute to the success of the company.
