The Relieving Administrative Officer provides support and relief to other clerical positions, as necessary, to ensure an efficient, comprehensive, customer orientated service to staff and clients within State-wide Mental Health and other positions within the Mental Health Service.
The role responsibilities include liaising with Flinders Medical Centre to co-ordinate files and any other relevant documentation for patients being referred to outpatient clinics or admission and ensuring the patient medical records are available.
The successful applicant will have an ability to work under limited supervision, type 60 words per minute and undertake audio typing.
This is a casual vacancy and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Applicants must have experience working in a multi-disciplinary health care setting and in data entry requirements for the electronic patient information system (Sunrise / EMR) and / or familiarity with other hospital-based information management systems.
