Austrade is seeking to fill expected vacancies in the newly formed Corporate Support Services Team : Corporate Support Services Officer (APS4), Senior Corporate Support Services Officer (APS5) and Team Leader (APS6).
The team is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to the Austrade global network.
Under this customer-centred service model, the team provides a single point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with a range of corporate enquiries.
The team currently responds to People and Finance related enquiries, but is responsible for collaborating across the Corporate Division and broader Austrade network to plan, implement, and expand the range of services offered.
The successful candidates will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, through resolving customer enquiries and fostering positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
These positions require a flexible approach to support service delivery for a global organisation.
This recruitment process will be used to fill currently expected vacancies and will establish a merit pool for filling similar vacancies that may arise over the coming 12 months.
The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen and have, or be willing to undergo, a security clearance to the level of Baseline as a condition of employment.
