This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our professional, down to earth and friendly team.

You will provide high level support to our administration team via direction from the Administration Supervisor and Administration Manager.

Reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor / Manager this position will have responsibility for the following :

Daily processing and reviewing of all business invoicing requirements

Maintaining and reporting on daily delivery issues

Communicating and providing information to other departments

Weekly review and update of proforma balances

Complying with internal policies and procedures

Reception Relief

Complete End of Month (EOM) responsibilities

General administrative support ie Banking and processing of credit card payments

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes :

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

High attention to detail

A desire to provide excellent administrative support

Strong computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

Ability to work well autonomously within a team environment

Previous experience in an administration role is preferred

Knowledge of AR processes and bookkeeping would be advantageous
