Own country budget management
Provide counsel, insight, and support for global and regional led initiatives in country for consumer and commercial
Leverage regional and local marketing agency support as execution arm, ensuring deliverables are on track and within budget
Track and report performance of direct and co-marketing campaign activities for quarterly business reviews and best practices sharing.

Business / Marketing related University degree is required
8+ years of experience, IT industry experience desirable
Demonstrate experience in working with partners is required
Preferred experience in B2C and B2B marketing
Proven success in crafting and launching marketing strategies and plans with tangible outcomes aligned to the business strategy is required
Proven success in delivering exceptional white glove customer experiences is preferred
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through with excellent project management skills
Strong digital marketing skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills is required
Ability to work cross-functionally with country, regional, and global sales, marketing, and business unit teams
Solid understanding of sales motions, priorities, and interlock
Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation
