Job Description

  • Devise and socialise an effective audience-based data-driven and insights led country strategy and marketing plan for Consumer and B2B.
  • Ensuring it ladders up to the Asia Pacific and Japan Territory field marketing and business strategy

  • Manage retail marketing deliverables in store across accounts. Act as retail marketing agency key lead. Partner with procurement, retail sales managers, and relevant regional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key OEMs and ecosystem partners for in-country opportunities. Ensure approach is in lockstep with account managers for direct and partner marketing funds to sell to, through, and with
  • Lead an integrated marcom approach across all vehicles with an eye on innovation in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business including PR, digital, business unit, and consumer and business field marketing leads.
  • Ensure the approach is mapped to a connected customer journey and integrated content strategy

  • Support key Channel accounts with integrated marketing assets
  • Conduct strategic integrated planning partnering with sales on bottom's up plans with ROI focus. Ensure all activities in country aligned to business and marketing strategic priorities.
  • Own country budget management

  • Provide counsel, insight, and support for global and regional led initiatives in country for consumer and commercial
  • Leverage regional and local marketing agency support as execution arm, ensuring deliverables are on track and within budget
  • Track and report performance of direct and co-marketing campaign activities for quarterly business reviews and best practices sharing.

  • Business / Marketing related University degree is required
  • 8+ years of experience, IT industry experience desirable
  • Demonstrate experience in working with partners is required
  • Preferred experience in B2C and B2B marketing
  • Proven success in crafting and launching marketing strategies and plans with tangible outcomes aligned to the business strategy is required
  • Proven success in delivering exceptional white glove customer experiences is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through with excellent project management skills
  • Strong digital marketing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills is required
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with country, regional, and global sales, marketing, and business unit teams
  • Solid understanding of sales motions, priorities, and interlock
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation
  • Preferred experience in account based marketing
