About the Role :
The Gore Medical Products Division based in Belrose, NSW, is looking for a hands on candidate who will contribute as a member of the Sales Operations Team by administering key business activities and by driving projects to improve operational and business process.
Adminstration of local contracting activities using standard templates. Contract types include consignment agreements, healthcare professional enagements, grants and sponsorships
Administration of the local Grants Program
Administration of vendor credentialling activities
Partnering virtually with global departments to refesh local processes and ensure adherance to globally defined requirements relating to the engagement of healthcare professionals
Driving operational projects- organizing tasks, time, resources and people to support and / or drive local business process improvement programs in alignment with the vision and strategic plan of the business (approx 40%)
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in a project management, operational excellence, contract management or compliance related role
Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Experience working in a regulated environment- preferably medical or pharmaceutical
