What this opportunity involves :

JLL Technology Corporate Solutions Client Success provides technology service support to key client-accounts across Australia.

Located in Melbourne CBD, you will serve as an integral part of our account management team. You will act as liaison between Technology and the Account Management team, you will help to ensure that technology and business strategies are aligned and are delivering value to.

This role is highly customer focused and will be required to manage priorities, resolve issues and help manage overall client and account specific technology platforms that enable efficient service delivery.

A snapshot of the role :

  • Delivery of superior customer support to end users in the business,
  • Ticket (issues and Service Requests) management,
  • Provision of sound technical advice and JLL technology support to the business users,
  • Process improvement across the information technology group to improve overall business productivity,
  • Building strong relationships with the end user community whilst at the same time adhering with JLL technology strategies and corporate codes of conduct.

    In order to be successful in the role, you will have the following :

  • Proven work experience in the IT industry or department,
  • Experience in real estate industry or real estate technology will be an advantage,
  • Experience and support in a Microsoft Desktop environment,
  • Experience in SQL, data cleansing and data integration will be a plus.
  • In addition, you will be very customer focused, proactive, and show great initiative to this team environment. With your excellent communication skills, you will be able to build strong working relationships with a diverse client base and be able to obtain an in-depth understanding of JLL technology platforms and support processes.
