Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale.
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment while following HACCP controls and
Weighing, packaging & pricing products ensuring waste is to a minimum.
Keeping records and inventory.
Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
Potentially greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering
questions, and accepting orders.
Work closely with Sales team to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.
Assisting the butchery team with any other tasks deemed appropriate for the
