We are looking for a new member to join our customer service team, then continuing in a production role in our Brisbane office.
Initially the role will be to fill our Customer Service position, working 38 hours a week, while one of our team members is on Maternity leave.
This role allows for the preparation of orders, satisfaction of customers' complaints and queries, the completion of a number of administrative and data entry tasks, direct dealings with customers over the phone, via email and, to a lesser extent, in person and the provision of support & assistance to our external sales representatives.
This role also involves warehouse management including; picking and packing of orders, warehouse stock control & liaising with transport.
Once the Maternity leave is complete, the on-going position will be a Production focused role. This will include operating our Knife Cutting machine, drafting of all CAD drawings & stock control.
It will continue to involve some customer service in addition, but the majority of time will likely be spent with fabrication / warehouse duties.
You will be reporting directly to the Queensland Manager and as a key member of our team, it is also expected that you would liaise frequently with other departments in managing customers' enquiries.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the position.
