About the role :

This is a brand new role, working closely with the DigIO’s CEO and the Mantel Group Client Engagement Team. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously by shaping and driving your own business development plan through new and existing relationships, whilst also being supported by strong technical and client engagement leaders.

DigIO is a growing business, and this is the opportunity to make a real impact by bringing your experience and passion to help us find new work in the Enterprise and Corporate space.

  • You will be supported in creating, uncovering and qualifying new opportunities with clients to secure projects, creatively construct bids and follow engagements through the full sales cycle;
  • from prospecting to presales to initial scoping phases to delivery execution..

    You will be instrumental in creating the most prominent brand in market associated with digital offerings.

    About you :

    We are looking for a candidate who is able to open new opportunities with clients, but with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

  • Skilled in developing prospecting strategies and lead generation campaigns
  • Skilled in developing strong relationships with technical and business leaders at Tier 1 level
  • Experience working with clients / customers to shape digital projects / solutions
  • You are motivated by building great solution minded teams and delivering outcomes that solve real problems
  • Prior experience working within professional services, technical product sales or digital technology recruitment environments
  • Your definition of success in this role will be defined by client satisfaction and equally that of our team’s
  • Experience winning and executing your own business development plan
  • Ability to take an engagement through the full sales cycle including supporting the scoping phase for delivery
  • A passion for technology and genuinely building long term relationships
