We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Develop key brand collateral and content (both digital and offline), sales tools and other resource development such as educational content, case studies etc;
  • Create and execute tailored, data-driven and integrated campaigns that generate a high volume of quality leads through digital channels, above the line media and direct marketing ;
  • Analyse sales journey to understand how inbound marketing activity converts customers, and optimise marketing channel performance and lead nurturing accordingly (automation, personalisation, content strategy, landing pages, call to action etc);
  • Track, measure and report upon the success of all marketing activities including budget, forecasting and campaign performance, providing reports to senior business stakeholders on a regular basis
  • 5 + years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management gained in a property development or in a relevant project development context;
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering integrated, targeted marketing campaigns to key market segments;
  • Proficient in the application of marketing automation to analyse and optimise marketing performance (using dynamic workflows) to improve lead nurturing and increase conversion;
  • Extensive experience in end to end campaign management, from data analysis, and segmentation through to content creation, channel delivery, tracking and reporting;
  • Experience in conceptualising and creating brand collateral (print and digital), and sales support materials;
  • Previous experience in leading and managing a small team of marketing specialists;
  • A data-driven marketer, strong communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, project sales environment; and
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce and the Adobe Creative Suite would be highly regarded.
