  • Key areas of accountability :
  • Committing to a safe and healthy work environment and to be aware of and follow safe working practices;
  • Picking of orders as required;
  • Receiving of purchase orders as required;
  • Purchase order receipting into ERP software;
  • Consignment of customer and transfer orders;
  • Producing packing slip that accurately reflects the items ordered;
  • Ensuring that the correct shipping address and shipping method is used;
  • Safely operating a high reach and standard forklift to move incoming and outgoing orders;
  • Coordinating transport requirements as required.
  • To be successful, you must meet the following criteria :

  • Working knowledge of workplace safety;
  • Physically fit to perform tasks in a warehouse environment;
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment;
  • Motivated and reliable;
  • Have a can do attitude;
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously;
  • Warehouse environment experience;
  • Intermediate IT skills - Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management System experience advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail.
